First ever visit

by Michael
(Preston)

Coming to Anglesey for the first time mid September 2010. Wondered where to fish for the best chance of a good eating fish might be?

Hi Michael

First of all, how do you feel about Doggies?

Never mind, you'll come across them. Most of the fishing information on my Fishing Tips page is from fishermen I've met on my evening beach walks and from my friend Brian.

There's a good Bait Shop attached to the little supermarket in Trearddur Bay, I'm sure they can offer up-to-the minute advice about where people are heading for.

The lifeboat and helicopter can be quite active in this area fishing out overeager individuals doing some night fishing.

The sites I list are good but I must offer you the same important advice that I offer to everyone:

BE AWARE OF SEA CONDITIONS IN THE REMOTER AREAS AND TAKE GREAT CARE UNDERFOOT.

Tight Lines,

Wil
