Dear Wil
We have been to Hotel Cymyran (Gwesty Cymyran) twice now and the food was absolutely gorgeous. The bar and restaurant area is clean and inviting. Plenty of car parking as this is set in acres of land close to RAF Valley.
There is also an Equestrian Centre, so you can watch riders through the ample large window area of the restaurant.
You look down onto the equestrian centre and can see over the hills for miles from the advantage position roughly 5 mtrs above the ground.
I would certainly reccommend the Tempura Prawns for starters and the Fillet Steak was amazing!
Warmest regards
Colin

Just found your site today, and is great. I wrote earlier about Washi Bach? Both sides of my parents’ families are from Sîr Fôn, Hafod Llwyn and Tregele.

Aberffraw beach is so special to me as this is where we have scattered our dogs ashes after her passing - seems really strange every time I go back there
