Now that's interesting information that would explain why I could never find anything, no matter how hard I tried. I've even been in the fields trying to spot something.
The church belongs to the Church in Wales. I don't know when you are in Anglesey next, but I suppose the best thing to do would be to find out when the next church service will be conducted and attend.
Give me a few days and I'll make enquiries about services and also about whether one of the local people might be in possession of the key for cleaning purposes. A pecuniary gift of appreciation to the church might assist if one can visit outside of normal services.
