Newborough Marram Grass Mat Makers Sculpture

Hi Wil

Please can you tell me the nearest place to eat around Cerrig y Barcud, Brynsiencyn?

Hello Dear Visitor,

Brynsiencyn and the beautiful Menai Straits to the Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Ferry are a bit in-between to be truthful.

There's a new place called the Marram Grass about two miles away on ther roundabout below Newborough that must be worth having a good look at. Haven't been there yet so I'd love a report from someone.

The next place a few miles further on is Rhosneigr. Rhosneigr is a brilliant beach village with new restaurants, cafes and bistros.

Head the other way and you will find that both Menai Bridge and Beaumaris offer more excellent little cafes, bistros and restaurants than you can shake your hungry tummy at.

That's a lot of quality places for you to choose from. Also remember, that the bus travels along this road as well.

So, if you're camping you can catch a bus, have a meal and a glass of wine and take the bus back.

Hope that helps.

I hope you have a brilliant time. Let me know how it goes.

Wil
