My Anglesey restaurants review intro page is rather flawed in one sense. OH NO!
There is one fabulous treat that I allow myself every couple of weeks and I'm going to add my own review. I would love to hear what you think of it.

The BEST FISH & CHIPS on Anglesey are to be found in Gaerwen and every fortnight or so, I'M THERE.
As the years pass me by I seem to have developed a specific for most moods and events.
I'm certain that we'd all love to learn yours.
If I've had a long bracing walk along a windy beach then it's Simon's I rush to for a succulent delight.
That last sentence reads a bit naughty, considering that it's Leety who's usually the Chef du Jour.
LISTEN. The Perfect Meal Is The Perfect Meal, Isn't It?

Whether it's the remarkable cuisine of the Old Bull Hotel in Beaumaris (Ahhhhhh... Beaumaris) or the grilled sea-bass at the Trearddur Bay Hotel watching a wild sea break apart in the Bay.
OH, HEAVENS ABOVE!
Don't get me started on The White Eagle in Rhoscolyn. And what about A Taste of India in Holyhead and Menai Bridge?
It's Ali and Hussain's smiles and kindness that add that magic ingredient and time passes effortlessly.

These are only a few of my favourite places to eat on Anglesey. There are Anglesey restaurants I haven't visited ...Yet.
And I'd love to read YOUR REVIEW so that we can all know where the Rest of the Best are ... at.
