Dearest Nic

I am so sorry that an important and emotional event was messed up by geography.

I do hope that Father would find it funny as well. Most of my memories following loss seem laced with funny events and laughter was a great relief.

It's a shame none of the Crazy Horses were at hand to take you both down.

Remember what Khalil Gibran wrote, "Half of what I say is silly in order to attract your attention to the important stuff'.
