We have just got back (end of May)from Benllech and stayed at the Watersedge, we also enjoyed a meal there...best meal I have had in years, delicious, only regret is that I didn't have room for the dessert!! Next time I will though, I believe the trifle is something else.
We were the only guests there and found comfort that the other diners were all local.
I don't think anyone could find fault with the service, meals or wine...Margaret and Dave took very good care of us...we look forward to going back.

Local clientele is always a good sign of consistent quality.
